有人帮忙翻译ASOS上客服的回复吗?
因为之前那个使用过promo code的订单没成功,重新下单那个code又不能使用了,我发了信给他们的客服,索要一个新的,而他们现在回复的是,没太看明白,是让我重新下单吗?
