I have been looking forward to 这是个定语从句,其宾语不在后面,后面是谓语动词 has come
looking forward to 的宾语是省去了的关系代词which,或者that
完整的句子是这样的：
The day 【which/ that】I have been looking forward to has come.

英语从句我会了请问为什么用has come而不用其他形式？比如说came is coming

用is coming 表示“快要到了”，讲得通
用came 就和定语从句的现在完成进行时 have been looking forward to 在时态上不一致了
