All of our merchandise were brand new from the factory. I went through the rest of the pillow inventory, but did not spot any smell of cigarette smell. There is however a possibility that the pillows were placed along side with cigarette involved goods during the shipment transportation, thus caused the smell. What you can do is to leave the pillows in an open air for a period of time, the smell will go away completely.
