Healthy eating As we all know,health is very important.So we should have a balanced diet.Well,for breakfast,we should eat some bread,drink some milk and so on.I think it's a great way to keep fit and it's also a delicious meal for us.For lunch and dinner,we'd better eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.Because it contains a lot of vitamins.They are good for health.Besides,we shouldn't eat junk food,such as potato chips,chocolates etc.Because it contains a lot of sugar and fat.It's bad for our teeth and body.In a word,if we keep a balanced diet,we can enjoy ourselves forever.
