从整个句子来看it是形式主语 真正的主语是后面的从句 what在从句中作宾语 其实就是What other people think abot you is none of your business.这样就比较好理解了吧

这里what 作为连词，起连接句子的作用。
举个例子。Twelve is to two what six is to one.(12比2 等于 6比1) 这里what也是连词。

整个的what other people think about you这个句子充当主语，这个句子是完整的，前面的it 是形式主语，代替这个句子做主语，你把这个句子放在it 的位置上就看出来了
