比如是if the students have too much homework ,and they have no time to enjoy thenselves 还是 so the students have too muchhomework ,and they have no time to enjoy thenselves前面一句是but the teachers don't think so

如果if充当的是条件状语从句,应该是不能连用的,因为这样and的句子成分本来是主语的,用了if之后就变成条件状语语了.
如果if不是这个用法的话,一起用也应该是可以的吧.可能和上下文联系起来会好判断一些.
