Different people have different ways to achieve their success.Some would like to work within a team,while others prefer to work alone.Then how to choose between teamwork and independence?
One person's energy is limited,and so is his or her inspiration.So you may find it very difficult to come up with a new idea even after days and months' hardwork alone.However,with a group of people,new ideas are easily put forward through communication.But the efficiency of a team is usually lower than that of a single person.Because one would always want to rely on others if he or she has a team to work with.
I think teamwork is important because one will always need help from others.And with others' help and encouragement,work is easily done.However,each team should need a leader or star member who is able to guide the team to the right direction.Just like basketball,a team needs 5 people,the cooperation is important for success.But a team also needs a super star who can take the burden when it comes.
Teamwork doesn't mean that you cannot have your own thought.It is necessary to have your own opinion because that's why we are human beings.However,within a group,you should learn how to exchange your ideas with others and how to convince or compromise others when it is needed.So teamwork and independence are not contrary,yet you can work in a team but still hold your independence when it's necessary.
