不知道楼主的句子是不是摘自英语小说 如果是的话 句中的两个that应该被斜体标柱出 因为句子有问题
whoever前的that和in the end 前的that应该去掉
in the end后加逗号
这样一来 句子既变为.I do not think whoever you worship to,God or Allah,whatever it will be,in the end,that is going to be the question about who you should love,who you should make a family with
然后分析句子成分
in the end 是一个状语
后面的that跟的从句是定语从句修饰宾语从句 whoever you worship to和whatever it will be（平行结构）
