For now, no matter what the manufacturing process, to lead production lead pollution is inevitable. The production process of lead pollutants will cause serious pollution to the surrounding air and vegetation, the workers at the scene good health is a major threat. In order to understand the diffusion of the pollutants from the lead process and explore better measures to reduce the lead pollution, this article from a domestic lead smelters production field of relevant data, using the ANSYS software to simulation of the diffusion of the pollutants from the lead, analysis in molten lead pot and negative pressure plate of the plant near the change of temperature, pressure and velocity and the distribution of flow field. Through the analysis of the various parameters change, lead to the spread of pollutants and absorption conditions have a certain understanding, also to develop better absorption scheme provides reference and basis.
