你这个答案怕是错了. 我认为应该选择B.
①A和D是不对的. 你可以说keep in touch, 但touch me,意思就变了, 这个嗯.是有亲密关系的意思., 类似, keep me noticed还可以, 但keep me by phone. 这个说法也不成立.
② 剩下的contact和call, 其实动词都没有问题, 关键是那个介词. 一般说call/contact at xxxxx (号码). On也是可以的, 有一种说法, 是美国英语喜欢用at, 而英式用on. 但on也很常用, 比如机场空管, 常说： contact ground control on xxx.xxxx （频率）, 换成号码, 语法也成立.
③ 猜测出题者认为B错误的原因, 这里的on有via的意思, 一般认为via后面是接设备（手段）之类的词, 而号码不能算是个设备. 但说实话, call me by phone with xxxx, 实在有点怪.
