The goods I sent to you are absolutely right ones.Both of the pens are of the brand MONTBLANC and there is a MONTBLANC mark at each end of the pens.There is no trade mark on the Cufflinks box,which is to prevent the goods from being seized in the procedure of customs inspection because recently the customs examination on goods of this brand is very strict.I sent the goods of two separate orders together to you,which is also the main reason of the dispute.But the fact is that EMS charges us by weight and there is no double freight charge.When we send two orders together in one,the weight adds up,which means that the freight charge increases as the weight increases.
