【 abstract 】 objective: to observe the reset with silver needle treatment technique of cervical vertigo clinical curative effect. Methods: 83 patients were diagnosed clear, give gimmick reset, silver needle treatment effect and the observation are discussed. Results: after gimmick reset and silver needle treatment of patients, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: the technique with silver needle reset cure cervical vertigo symptoms.
