Nowadays more and more people have a tendency to eat vegetarian food for its fresh taste and allround nutrition.And they even consider vegetables as health promotors,to some degree,it's right.But,do you know,animal food is also necessary and beneficial to our body health.Here are some supporting poits:
Fist of all,compared with vegetarian food,animal food gives us more energy and keeps us active.Above all,fish is the most nutritional animal food for its containing more protein and both Vitamin A and E.Fresh fish food can help us clear rubbish in our body and keep us up.
What's more ,animal food contains more fat,which can keep us energetic.Proper amount of fat is very necessary,it can provide energy for brian to think about difficult problems and for our body to exercise when the fat is burning.
In my view,I support animal food.I think animal food is good as long as we eat it properly!
