没反.意思是说,凡是注了日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修订版本不适用此标准（也就是说本标准仅采用所注明的日期那一版）,而未注明日期的引用文件,其随后的新版本也适用于本标准（例如引用文件的新版本里更新了某些数据,那么本标准里对应的数据也要以新的为准）.
