Be keep doing physical exercise is a truth of living. As it does great contribution to one's health situation, and make people feel energetic and comfortable. Actually there are too many different types of physical exercises, commonly include ball games, jogging, swiming, etc. Taking a couple of relevant statements as examples that has been scientifically proved: eye sight would get trained when playing badminton, and swimming is one of the best choice to keep body shape—— it so is clear that how necessary it is to keep doing physical exercise regularly. In that case, it is also strongly recommended that activities related to physical exercises should be orgnised more frequently in sencondary school classes, and it is also expected by the students themselves as well.
