I am writing to you to complain the close colur faded by water.
Last week ,I bought a beautiful red close in your shop.I am so happy that i bought this beautiful close.However,after i had washed it at the first time,the color was faded by water.I washed it according the structions ,so that's not my fault.I think it must have some quality problems.It maks me so sad and unsatisfactory.I want to change it or take my money back.
I know your shop always have high reputation and aways give good service to customer,maybe you don't want break you promise.I hope to receive your reply soon.

i would like to make a complain about the clothes i bought, the colour came off after wash. i used the correct way to wash but after all the colour came off. what should i do? i believe i was told about the good quality it has, but now?
