1. what 作为疑问代词引导名词从句（宾语从句）.译为：你能告诉我他上周忙什么吗?
2. whether引导的宾语从句.主句现在时,从句该用什么时态就用什么时态.我想知道他明天来不来.

1. 第一题的答案应该是what 吧。横线引导一个宾语从句并且在从句中做了was busy with 的宾语。所以用what.
2. I wonder 后跟的也是一个宾语从句，可以用whether 或者if 引导,if 不能和or not 直接连用。但是做某一些动词的宾语的时候，（如discuss),常用wether。

1.这是一个宾语从句，宾语从句为：what he was busy with,原顺序为：he was busy with what。因为with是介词，所以要用what
2.这是提问语气，并且是将来时，排除A,D。if好像不能在这代替whether
