SGS found that the model number on 12L Certificate was not compliant with our actual products.
The full model number on the certificate is E20-PM,while what we shipped has always been model E20,the PM part is missing.
Please let us know if the new model SP is applying should has a -PM suffix to be consistant with the certificate or else.In fact,we do have other customers whose products don't exactly match the model number on the certificate.

SGS find 12 l certification report of our model name does not accord with actual big goods a bit. We complete model is E20 - PM on the certificate, but has been shipment is E20, PM. Please let us know...
