1.表示状态的：be in...; be dressed in; wear,have on,in...
the girl in red; She is (dressed) in a red coat.
2.pull on 强调动作,常指匆忙地穿戴上
He pulled on his coat and went out.
3.dress的宾语只能是人,不能是衣服.作为不及物动词,则表示穿衣.
She began to dress.She dressed herself / the child just now.
4.have on 不能用进行时；而wear则可以.
He is wearing a T-shirt today.
5.with表示“有”、“伴随”,后跟头发、胡子、眼镜、手套等连用.
in表示穿戴,后接衣服或颜色,可作定语、表语.
The man in blue is our teacher.
The boy with thick glasses is our monitor.
