How to keep a good health
Keeping a good health is one of the most important things in the life. Different people have different way to keep healthy body .from my point of view; people can take the following way to keep their body strong.
Firstly, physical exercises is the best way to building the strong body ,it's suit for people in all kinds of age , elder people usually do their morning exercise with their company in the park ,most of them like dancing yangge and Taiji, after exercises they will become more spirit and create a particular emotion. The young people would rather running or playing foot ball, by doing so, they will sweat a lot which makes body relaxed and energetic.
Secondly, having nutrition food is an other way to keep healthy, more and more people would like to take the fast food as their lunch; however it's said that fast food is harmful to the health. For example, having more fried food can cause cancer easily .so people should have nutrition food such as vegetable, fresh fruit.
Ultimately, keeping good habit is the basic requirement for healthy body. Keeping regular dinner, regular exercises and regular life habit is effective way to have strong body.
