2.幼儿园有很多教育设施,孩子们可以从中受益.
The kindergartens,there are many educational facilities from which children can benefit.(这句话中from,为什么要放在which前面）

括号内为定语从句修饰people.the people claim that 是主谓宾结构.that引导宾语从句.两个谓语动词并不重叠.
2.from which 是 介词+宾语 的结构
在定语从句中,关系代词which在作介词宾语时,可以与介词一起放在主句和从句之间.

（1）你断句断错了，句子的谓语是claim，who welcome the internet是从句修饰the people的。不知道你学过从句没有。

（2）因为正确的句序是benefit from，因此导出为从句时便是from which xxx benefit。还是那句话：不知道你系统地学过从句没有。
