this 通常作代词,用法有：
1.表“物”.This is a pen.
2.表“人”,用于“介绍”.This is my best friend,Jim.
3.电话用语.This is Mary (speaking).我是玛丽.
so 可作代词、连词和副词,作代词时只能充当少数动词的宾语.
如：do,say,think,expect等.
例：- I think she is very beautiful.
- But I don't think so.

do 后面要加代词作宾语，指代这件事情，可以省略，但是this 作代词时一般放在前面如：this is my dog 相反so可以做宾语

this 指代时放在前面
so 指代时可放后也可放前，e.g.放后：So am I 放前：I think so.
而this 则不可以放后面，所以选A
