ØPayment terms:
30%cash at order confirmation.
60%cash upon acceptance of the installation at our workshops. Should
PURCHASERnot attend the tests of the equipment on the dates to be agreed,
acceptanceshall be considered as fulfilled and appropriate documentation and
invoiceshall be forwarded.
10%upon final acceptance, 60 days as from the date of delivery of equipment at
the latest.
These payment terms aresubject to approval of the coverage from our usual
insurer.
ØOffer validity:
Validity time of thisquotation shall be 60 calendar days from date of issue.
ØDelivery time of INSTALLATION:
The delivery time of theINSTALLATION shall be 4 months, as from the date this
Contract comes into force.
Any alteration of thetechnical specifications of the INSTALLATION required by
PURCHASER shall be subject toapproval by MARZOLA S.A.U. and shall result in
the relevant alterations ofprice and delivery time terms.
