C 词组be determined to do sth 决定做某事
句子中间是逗号,说明前半部是主句,后半部是状语从句,be+过去分词做状语时,形式上直接省略be,语法上叫做过去分词做状语.
再例如 Lost in thought,I didn't notice that sign.陷入沉思的词组是be lost in thought,做状语时就直接用lost

选择B项；固定用法be determined to do sth 决定做某事，并且考察的是伴随状态动词的使用方法，是我走出电影院的同时决定下周末看这个有趣的电影，主动语态 此时的be应该为-ing形式；可以复习一下语法里面的伴随状态
