选B,绝对正确!
price只能用high或者low来形容.
或者直接说:It is expensive.
另外：cost 是用much 来形容.

b 因为price(价格)只能用high /low 不能用cheap/expensive表示
cheap/expensive是形容物品的

一般来说price形容的话用high
