写通知,最关键的问题是要知道汉语通知和英语通知的格式区.
一.第一行的中间写上NOTICE.
二.正文部分第一句话必须交代清楚接通知的人,然后说明什么事情,什么时间,什么地点.
三,正文的第二部分应当交代清楚一些相关事项,如注意事项等.
四.正文的第三部分大多都是号召大家踊跃参加,不要迟到或缺席等.
必须注意的是,通知是没有称呼的,当然也没有署名,一般也不会写上日期,如果要写,也只能写在NOTICE的右下方,整个正文部分的右上角.
