我觉得是D 如果是what的话就是说代的是number 可是我觉得如果代的是number完全可以不用说what 直接加后面的就行了
所以我觉得是D 指的是需要“Quallity Control” 的staff
翻译比较困难因为不太了解quality control 应该怎么翻译？
