两个意思完全相同,都是在过去的三年,在最近三年.所用的句子要求用现在完成时.

in the last three years 是在最后的三年 可以像past那么用
也可以指某一个时期的最后三年啊
比如in the last three years of his life
至于时态 只要是过去时都行 什么过去完成 一般过去 过去进行 过去完成进行 。。。 都行 看你要说什么
