选择B，应为shoes 是复数的，虽然是一双（a pair），但是鞋永远都是复数的，所以选B，不知道能否帮到你。

我觉得　this pair of shoes is beautiful. How much [are they] ? 更合适. 如果 说 is 的话, 怪怪的. 应该是 are 什么的. 后面的 these those又不是单的.
