the +比较级.the +比较级.表示越.越.
The more meat you eat,the fatter you will be你吃越多的肉你就会越胖
The colder it is ,the more clothes you should wear天越冷,你就应穿得越多.上面你所问的题与此题属同一另类型,所以C是正确答案

应该选C。
因为the +第一个形容词的比较级.., +the +第二个比较级是固定用法 ，表示越第一个形容词...，就会越第二个形容词....。例如：本句的意思是：你越努力学习，你就会越聪明。
