Please note that the way we operate is that we will offer out our supply associate's type samples,but orders are contingent on our / customer's approval of pre-shipment samples (drawn from the actual lot of teas that would be shipped).Please also note that the prior to acceptance and O.K.'g the shipment,we / our customer's have the pre-shipment samples tested for pesticides / heavy metals - to ensure that all are in compliance for importation into the USA.
Please advise if your teas are in compliance with USA requirements and please advise if you have any pesticide / heavy metal test reports for your teas.
9) re:ISF reporting
As ISF reporting is a very important requirement in shipments to the USA,please advise if you are currently shipping to the USA and if you have experience with ISF reporting.
