First of all ,we should not read books,watch TV,go online so long time at once and we should relax ourselves as well as have a rest after using our eyes.Then ,what we must do regularly is the exercise of eyes.What's more,we'd better not to read books under strong light,sunline or on moving cars and bed.Last but not least, we shouldn't study up late.
