和nothing无关,nothing是代词,得是否定副词,才当成是否定处理
eg.The little girl hardly(几乎没有）wrote anything,did she?

did she?因为前面有否定词nothing.所以应该是“前否后肯”的结构。
只要是前面出现了否定词，就应该用这种形式。

填 did not 是个反意疑问句
因为 wrote 用的是一般过去时，所以用did 。
