我建议首先做个简单的自我介绍：我是谁,我做什么工作.你们过往有否打过交道（这样能让对方回忆起你是谁.）
然后再说明写信的来由.
For example,
Hello XXX,
I am xxx. I am the assistant manager for this project.I had a nice conversation with you when you were in China.
I'm writing to you for asking a question. As to the last document, I am confused about the word "..." you mentioned. Could you explain it more to me?
By the way, would you mind sending me the last two photos again, but as the attachments? I'm afraid the photos in the Word file don't seem quite clear.
