another 的意思是另一个，another way 是另一种方法的意思。
既然你知道秋天是两种说法，那么就不难理解这句了。这句话意思是：在美式英语中，fall的另一种说法是antumn。other是形容词词性, 后面不能用my good other friend，顺序不能变。
