hi, john, actually, I think the weight of you is just fine, and don't be sad about it. maybe your friend is just joking, so you'd better have an open mind.
however, if you still care much about this, i suggest that you can do more excersie to have a good fit, and eat less meat but more vegetables. and the most important is that you should be optimistic about life, my dear friend.
