例如：i like music.和i can dance to the music.
合并为i like the music that i can dance to.

My mother is tlking with a lady.
The lady is my English teacher.
用定语从句合并为:
Mother is talking with the lady who is my English teacher.
两个句子合并为定语从句时,常常将说明一个名词的句子变为定语从句来修饰这个名词．
如上面的第二个句子The lady is my English teacher就是说明lady的身份,故将它变为定语从句．

关键是要掌握定语从句的概念与结构。找到两个句子的共同对象，然后以其中一句为主句，另一句为从句描述共同对象即可。一般都会出现两个答案，比如：
I like the music that I can dance to .
I can dance to the music that I like .
