摘要
企业文化是指组织的价值观、目标、信念、符号,组织全体成员的意志、习惯、特性等一系列要素构建而成的独特的文化形象.合适的企业文化对于企业获得稳定的客户群体,在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展有着重要的意义,民营企业也不例外.什么是合适的企业文化,如何有效的进行企业文化建设,充分发挥企业文化建设在提高企业竞争力,增强企业的凝聚力向心力,从而提高企业的生产效率方面的作用,众多企业纷纷寻求适合自身的企业文化.而华为在此期间异军突起,一枝独秀,成为业界关注的焦点.本文通过对华为企业文化建设的分析,指出了其企业文化在其发展过程中的优势和缺陷,从而得到华为的企业文化建设对我国民营企业文化建设的启示.

During this period a new force suddenly rises. And Huawei, one branch alone beautiful, has become the focus of the industry. Based on the analysis of Huawei Company culture construction, and points out the enterprise culture in the process of its development advantages and defects, thus get Huawei enterprise culture construction of private enterprises in our country and Its Inspiration to the cultural construction.
