抓住的字面翻译是 grab, capture, snatch, snag, ...
但我觉得就原句的语境译为
going after
或
courting/winning (someone's affection) 争取某人的芳心
比较确切,并且是习惯说法.
不去抓住你,不是怕你拒绝,而是怕给不了的幸福.
It's not for fear of rejection that I'm not courting your affection. It's because I'm afraid I won't be able to make you happy.
这个翻译是地道的.
