Fast food is a representative of American cuisine which provides foods that prepared and served very quickly.It may be store with preheated or precooked ingredients,and served to the customer in a packaged form for take-out/take-away.There is no doubt its popularity all over the world as it is also closely related with our daily life.As one of the latest style of food introduced into China,it becomes so prevailing currently and really can reflect the fast pace of individual's life.
The main reason why most people cannot refuse them is in such a competitive society,everyone are pressed for time,thus fast food is convenience for people working and living,especially popular in young people,be fit for their fast living speed.Another reason is obvioursly,they are delicious with all meat and spicy sauces.Even though from health and nurtrition point of view,most fast food are junk food that is of little nutritional value and often high in fat,sugar,andcalories.When restaurants cook food they ignore health of consumers.In this case,it is better not to allow healthy diet to be taken away and replaced by them.
