The undersigned,with full corporate responsibility and authority under penalty of perjury,issues this Irrevocable Fee Protect Agreement (“The Agreement“) in the amount as stated above.The Agreement is valid upon commencement and start of execution of the contract and shall remain valid and enforceable for the full term of the contract and shall apply to any and all renewals,extensions,rollovers,additions or any further business between the parties and his/their shareholders and/or heirs or assigns or trust.This Agreement is unconditionally assignable and divisible.
