I have good friend,but she/he has a bad habbit.She/He likes meat very much and he/she doesn't like to do any sports.So he/she is overweight.In my opinion,I think we should eat all kinds of food like vegtables,fruit,eggs,meat and so on.Only like this can we have a good healthy and we will be stronger and stronger.
