是对的啊,你所写的是一个主语从句,主句是what all above amount to.后面的of course 做的是插入语.
类似的有,what do you think is the most important language in the world?

感觉all和above有重复，可以只用above
总结性的：We can draw the conclusion that ...
或者直接above all, ......
