With the present letter we inform you about the information in our hand about the above mentioned patent
During the last months we prepared and showed to the European Patent Office,an in-depth appeal based on a documentation we think to be sufficient to clarify that,from the early 70’s,ABC Company developed,produced and put out on the market some products realized with photo-luminescent pigments.
Furthermore there are two other oppositions promoted by Sistem 300 Group and Resopal that we think to be well showed with very interesting arguments for the commission that will examine,we trust as soon as possible,the validity of the patent whose grant is dated May 2004.
