An Ideal Teacher
　　An ideal teacher is a friend as well as a teacher to his pupils. In the classroom, he looks serious, and when he finds any of his pupils work unsatisfactory, he admonishes him, sometimes even so much as to make the pupil weep. He will pardon anything except bad work and bad conduct. He explains the lessons in much details and does his best to answer questions. He takes great pains to correct papers and is very strict in giving marks, not willing either to give one mark more or one mark less than the pupil deserves. In the classroom, he always keep the dignity of a teacher.
　　But as soon as school is over, he becomes the pupils' friend. He visits the pupils' dormitory to have a chat with them. He goes to the playground to play with the pupils. When a pupil is in trouble. he comforts him. He helps to solve any problem that may trouble any pupil. He keeps in constant touch with his pupils, and induces them to study hard and behave well. He always sets a good example himself so as to influence his pupils.
