here a bus comes 不算倒装,here做副词,只是放在了前面~here comes a bus 是倒装,正常的语序是a bus comes,它把谓语倒装了~there is a boy play with a dog是错的,一句话只能出现一个谓语,所以应该改成there is a bo...

你说的第一句是完全倒装句,应该这样表达,Here comes a bus.
第二句是there be 句型的其中一种用法.表示某处有某人或某物正在做某事.这是一个固定句型:There be sb/sth doing sth.所以第二句应该这样表达:
There is a boy playing with a dog.
