如果A.where 正确,那说明后面的从句是一个定语从句,先行词是radio ,把先行词radio 带入定语从句时会发现radio 前加over 时,关系词才是where ,句子的前半部分已有over ,所以从本质上讲与where 重复,B.that 正确的原因是这是一个强调句式,判断强调句式很简单把it is (was) that去掉,剩下的句子是完整的就可以了.
