Dear Ann, I received your letter and know that you are not feeling well. You said that school study and examinations gave you a lot of pressure that made you feel very tired. I had experienced similar situation before a few years ago. However, I overcame these problems by keeping a healthy body and mind. Exercise is very important to relax yourself physically which helps to reduce pressure. Also it is important to eat healthy food and avoid junk food. Healthy food includes milk , fresh vegetables, fruits, cereals etc. which are good to health. In cold season, keep yourself warm by wearing a coat helps to minimize getting cold and illness. I sometimes take Chinese medicine to regulate my digestion. I believe some of my experiences may also apply to help you as well. Remember study and examinations need a healthy body to complete.
