如果填herself的话与后面的名词habit无法搭配,因为make sb.do sth.,没有make sb.+n.这个用法.一般看到后面有to do的话,用it的可能性很大.又如：
She found it difficult to learn English.

你想用herself其实也没有问题 只不过意思和表达方式就不太对了
To keep fit, Amy made going on a strict diet a habit of herself.应该这么写比较好
