Shakespeare wrote many plays...过去很长一段时间了呀, 所以用过去式"wrote".

他写的只是PLAYS，只是故事里面当时的时间，与现在无关系。
所以不用现在完成时。
后面那个应该是错误吧。外国人很少注意时态这么细节的表达。
